By accessing the website, opening an account, or using any service, you are considered to have agreed to these Terms. Definitions and General Guidelines

The key terms used in these Terms are defined below:

  • "Platform" refers to the ck4444 website, mobile application, and all related digital services.
  • "Member" or "User" refers to any person registered on ck4444.
  • "Account" refers to a member's registered profile.
  • "Balance" refers to the amount of money held in a member's account.
  • "Bonus" refers to any promotional funds or rewards granted by ck4444.
  • "Bet" refers to a wager placed to participate in a game or sports event.

1.1 Applicability of the Terms

These Terms apply to all services available on the ck4444 platform, including live casino, slots, sports betting, fishing games, and other entertainment activities. ck4444 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time, and any changes will be published on the platform.

1.2 Language and Interpretation

The Bengali version of these Terms shall be considered the primary document. In case of any ambiguity, ck4444's interpretation shall be final.

Account Registration and Eligibility

2.1 Registration Requirements

To open an account on ck4444, the following conditions must be met:

  • The applicant must be 21 years of age or older.
  • Each individual may only open one account. Opening multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
  • All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.
  • The account is for personal use only — use for commercial purposes is prohibited.

2.2 Identity Verification

ck4444 reserves the right to verify a member's identity at any time. A copy of a national ID card, birth registration certificate, or passport may be requested for verification. Withdrawals may be held until identity verification is complete.

2.3 Account Security

The member is solely responsible for the security of their account login details. Passwords or OTPs should never be shared with any third party. If there is any suspicion of unauthorised access to the account, ck4444's support team must be notified immediately.

Warning: Providing false account information or allowing a third party to use the account may result in permanent closure of that account.

Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

3.1 Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit amount at ck4444 is ৳100. Currently accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other major commercial banks). The same minimum deposit rule applies to each payment method.

Deposits must be made only from a payment method registered in the member's own name. Any funds sent from a third-party account may be rejected.

3.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount from ck4444 is ৳1,000. Withdrawals are generally processed within 1 hour. Accepted withdrawal methods are the same as for deposits: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer.

  • Account identity verification must be completed before submitting a withdrawal request.
  • Withdrawals may be held if the wagering requirements of an active bonus have not been met.
  • Withdrawals can only be made to the member's own payment account.

3.3 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirements have been met. For example, the welcome bonus carries a 20x wagering requirement — meaning if you deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,000 bonus, your total balance is ৳2,000 and you must wager ৳1,000 × 20 = ৳20,000 before withdrawing.

Bonus and Promotion Terms

4.1 Welcome Bonus

The ck4444 welcome bonus is a 100% bonus on the first deposit, up to ৳15,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 20 times the bonus amount. Bonus funds are never direct cash — winnings earned from the bonus can be withdrawn only after the required wager amount has been played through.

Example: If you deposit ৳30,200, the bonus will be ৳15,000, bringing your total balance to ৳45,200, and you must complete ৳15,000 × 20 = ৳3,00,000 in wagering before withdrawing.

4.2 Other Promotions

ck4444 offers the following promotions from time to time:

  • ck4444 Weekend Deposit Fest: 50% of deposit, up to ৳10,000, wagering 20x. Applies on the last two days of each week.
  • ck4444 Slot Fun Bonus: 30% of deposit, up to ৳8,000, wagering 18x. Available once per day when you deposit for slot games.
  • ck4444 Cricket Season Reward: 40% of deposit, up to ৳12,000, wagering 22x. Applies once per week in the cricket section.
  • ck4444 Birthday Gift: Up to ৳2,000, wagering 15x. Automatically added to your account during your birthday month.
  • Refer a Friend ck4444 Reward: Up to ৳3,000, wagering 12x. Paid once when the referred member successfully registers and deposits.

4.3 General Bonus Terms

  • A promotion cannot be claimed more than once unless stated otherwise in that promotion's own terms.
  • Bonuses have a set expiry — unused bonuses will be cancelled once they expire.
  • ck4444 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus.
  • In the event of a bonus terms violation, the bonus and any associated winnings may be forfeited.

Gaming and Betting Rules

5.1 General Gaming Rules

All games on ck4444 are conducted properly and results are determined through neutral technology. If a technical error occurs in any game, the bet for that round may be cancelled and the wagered amount returned.

  • Each game has its own rules, which can be seen in the game interface.
  • In live casino games, the dealer's decision is final.
  • If a game session is interrupted due to loss of internet connection, the result will be determined based on the data stored on the server.

5.2 Sports Betting Rules

The odds provided by ck4444 apply to sports betting. Bets placed during a match (in-play betting) will only be considered valid once confirmed by the server. If an event is postponed or abandoned, the bet will be returned, though a decision may be made based on the result of sets already completed.

5.3 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on ck4444:

  • Any form of fraud, hacking, or system manipulation.
  • Placing bets through artificial means to gain bonus advantages.
  • Attempting to earn bonuses or rewards using multiple accounts.
  • Allowing another person to use or transferring the account.
  • Using the platform for money laundering or financial crime.
Consequences: Involvement in prohibited activities will result in immediate account closure and the associated balance may be forfeited.

VIP Program and Cashback

The ck4444 VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Each tier includes a weekly cashback benefit, calculated based on the member's net loss for that week (total losses minus total winnings).

  • Bronze: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
  • Silver: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback.
  • Gold: Up to 1.5% weekly cashback.

For example, if a Silver member's net loss in a week is ৳20,000, they will receive ৳20,000 × 1.0% = ৳200 in cashback. Once cashback is added to the account it can be withdrawn, though applicable wagering requirements may apply.

Members may be promoted to a higher tier depending on regular activity and betting volume. The criteria for VIP tier assignment are reviewed periodically by ck4444.

Account Closure and Termination

9.1 Account Closure by the Member

Any member may close their account at any time. All pending withdrawals must be completed before submitting an account closure request. Any remaining balance will be returned after the account is closed, but unused bonuses will be cancelled.

9.2 Account Suspension or Closure by ck4444

ck4444 may suspend or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:

  • Violation of any provision of these Terms.
  • Evidence of fraudulent or deceptive activity.
  • Providing false information or failing identity verification.
  • By direction of authorities under applicable law.

ck4444 will notify the member of the reason before closing an account, though in cases of serious violation, immediate action may be taken without notice.

Complaints and Dispute Resolution

10.1 How to Submit a Complaint

If you have a complaint, first inform the support team via ck4444's live chat or email. The support team provides service in both Bengali and English, 24/7. General complaints are resolved as quickly as possible.

10.2 Dispute Resolution Process

If a matter is not resolved through the support team, it will be escalated to ck4444's senior management. In the case of a dispute, server logs and transaction records will serve as the final evidence.

10.3 Time Limit

Complaints regarding any transaction or game result must be submitted within 30 days of the incident. Complaints submitted after the set time limit may not be considered.

Limitation of Liability

ck4444 accepts no liability in the following circumstances:

  • Any loss caused by internet disconnection, power outage, or a member's device.
  • If account information is exposed due to the member's own negligence.
  • Any situation caused by delays or errors in third-party payment services.
  • If the service is interrupted due to reasons beyond ck4444's control.

The service is provided on an "as is" basis and uninterrupted service cannot always be guaranteed. However, ck4444 always works to resolve technical issues quickly.

12.1 Right to Change Terms and Conditions
